WHO CAN BUY YOUR PRODUCTS?

We sell our products exclusively to printing and commercial - as well as gift shops. If you are a private customer, please see our carefully selected dealer list here.

 

WHERE DO I FIND YOUR PRICELIST?

If you're not already a registered customer - please follow the steps of next question.

Are you already a registered customer but missing our latest updated pricelist? Just let us know at neutral@neutral.com and we will provide it for you.

 

HOW CAN I BECOME A CUSTOMER?

Please send us an email at neutral@neutral.com and tell us about your company. Please make sure to indicate following:  

  - What your company does/sell

  - In what country your company operate

  - Which products you wish to purchase

  - Approximately how many pieces you wish to order

  - If you want them to be printed

Please also include a link to your website. We will then assess your request and, based on your request and country of operation, make an offer or establish a contact with one of our close partners. We strive and do our best to answer all emails within 48 hours.

 

HOW DO I MODIFY MY COSTUMER ACCOUNT?

It's perfectly okay if you want to change your delivery address, contact person, email address for invoices, phone number or similar. Just let us know at neutral@neutral.com or call us at +45 3812 4046 and we will correct it for you.

All of our clothes are designed to be printed on, using many printing techniques. Transfer, screen printing, digital printing and embroidery techniques can all be applied to most of our products. We don't offer printing services ourselves, but we are working closely with printing companies in both Europe and UK. If you don't have an agreement with a printer, let us know about the following and we will gladly help you out:

  - What styles you wish to print on

  - Approximately how many pieces

  - What printing technique

  - If you want your print to be environmentally friendly

  - In what country you operate

Our printing partners will then directly contact you and make you an offer.

 

DO YOU OFFER SUSTAINABLE PRINTS?

We would love it if you keep thinking sustainable and choose to print with respect for our environment as well. That's why we have GOTS certified printing partners that only use organic and environmentally friendly dyes to create your prints. They can also consult you with regard to their ink and printing procedures.

ORDERS & DELIVERY 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AS A PRIVATE PERSON?

You cannot buy directly from us as a private person. However, we have carefully selected a list of Neutral® dealers for you right here.

 

HOW DO I FIND SPECIFICATIONS ON A PRODUCT?

You can browse through all of our products by clicking on "Collection" at the top bar. When you find and click on your desired product you will find the needed information regarding product number, size and color range. If you need a seperate sheet with product specifications you can easily download the belonging Product Detail Sheet below the product description.

 

HOW DO I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?

All of our Product Detail Sheets is completed with measurement charts for your easy reference. Find the specific sheet for your desired product below the product description on our product pages or browse through all of our Product Detail Sheets right here.

Please note that our kids clothing is not divided according to age but to measurements.

 

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

In order to be able to place an order you need to be registered as a customer in our system. Please look under "Customer Account" to see how you can become a customer.

If you are a registered customer, please send an email to order@neutral.com and clearly indicate the following:

  - The 6-digit product number (e.g. O60001), colors and sizes

  - Your contact person

  - The email address you wish the order confirmation to be sent to

  - Your delivery address

Once we have placed your order and sent the information to our warehouse, you will receive an order confirmation.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your products have been packed and scanned at our warehouse you will automatically receive a tracking number. Your tracking number will be sent to the person who has placed the order. Please note that these have a tendency to end up in your spam filter.
